log and view the status of a problem.
Problems logged in Calipso are actioned by the Callista Support team. As our Support staff use
Calipso to track the status of an issue, Calipso provides clients with a transparent view of the
status of problems at all times. With tailored logins set up for each client, Calipso is easy to
use and stores each client's priority list for easy access. Calipso offers work flow processes,
which make Callista support services highly efficient. Calipso also provides a knowledge base of
problems and issues, which is used as a reference to streamline the support management and issue
resolution processes.
