For any Callista issue, the first point of call is our telephone assistance line. All clients have access to a free-call number from anywhere within Australia. Support staff can provide over-the-phone assistance to clients running any of the Callista products.
In the case where a Support staff requires more specialised information, they have direct access to the entire Callista Product Development and Innovation Team, and can co-ordinate the appropriate resources to solve any problem quickly.
