Connect
Callista Connect is a web based portal for Student Self-Service. Callista Connect student
applications allow each student remote access to their own information in real-time. Through
Connect, the student is able to self-manage important aspects of their education, such as
updating their own enrolment related details and viewing assessment results.
Prospective students will be able to lodge electronic requests for course information, as well
as make admission applications. Callista Connect student users can also see other important
information published by the institution, via institution defined links.
Amongst its functionality, Callista Connect allows students to:
- Enrol/re-enrol in courses and units
- Complete government statistics and HECS Payment Option forms on-line
- Inspect their fees, their outstanding balance, and query the finance system for receipts and transaction details
- Maintain their addresses and personal profile
- Maintain their exam location and request a change of exam location
- View their assessment, results and results history
- View their exam timetable
Connect is fully web-based and runs with all version 4 browsers (or better) with support for
Javascript. The Connect portal is secure and runs in real-time against the Callista database.
